Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi: Present Perfect Continuous Tense को हिंदी में “वर्तमान पूर्णावर्ती बिन्दुवाचक क्रिया” भी कहा जाता है। इसका प्रयोग उस समय किया जाता है जब किसी कार्य या गतिविधि का बयान करते हुए उसकी अवधि या निरंतरता को बताने की जरूरत होती है, जो कि वर्तमान के साथ संबंधित है। इस टेंस में “have/has been” और क्रिया की -ing वाली रूप का प्रयोग किया जाता है।

उदाहरण:

मैं दो घंटे से पढ़ रहा हूँ। (I have been studying for two hours.)
वह सुबह से यहाँ काम कर रही है। (She has been working here since morning.)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi

इस टेंस का प्रयोग उस समय किया जाता है जब हम किसी कार्य की दीर्घा या निरंतरता को जानकारी देना चाहते हैं, जो कि वर्तमान समय तक जारी है और यह अब भी जारी है या फिर भविष्य में भी हो सकता है।

इस टेंस का प्रयोग वर्तमान में कोई कार्य जारी रखना या क्रिया का रूप धारण करना या फिर वो कार्य पूरा हो जाना ही Present Perfect Continuous Tense में गिना जाता है| इसमें has / have + been के साथ V4 (ing) लगाया जाता है| और साथ टाइम को भी दर्शाया जाता है|

It ( have)– It has been raining heavily all day	It’s ( have)– It’s been snowing since morning.
Name ( has)– Name has been studying French for six months	Names ( has)– Name’s been playing the guitar for hours.

That ( has)– That has been bothering me for a long time	Those ( have)- Those have been causing problems for a long time.

दादाओं के तहत,

जिन हिंदी वाक्यों के क्रिया के अंत में “टा रहा है, टी रही है, ते रहे है” लगा रहता है, उसे Present Prefect Continues Tense में गिना जाता है| (यह सब बकवास है)

Rules & Uses

1.A Perfect Continuous action for some mentioned time is kept in Present Perfect Continues Tense. – कुछ समय के लिए वर्तमान सतत क्रिया को वर्तमान पूर्ण सतत काल में रखा जाता है

Examples :

1. वे पाँच घंटे से खेल रहे हैं।- They have been playing for five hours.
2. वह एक घंटे से समुद्र तट पर चल रहा है। -He has been walking on the beach for an hour.
3. मैं पिछले दस मिनट से इंतजार कर रहा हूँ। -I have been waiting for the last ten minutes.
4. उसने दो घंटे से बिना रुके गाना गा रहा है। -He has been singing continuously for two hours.
5. वे पांच दिनों से यहाँ रुके हैं। -They have been staying here for five days
6. वे पाँच घंटे से खेल रहे हैं। -They have been playing for five hours.
7. वह एक घंटे से समुद्र तट पर चल रहा है।-He has been walking on the beach for an hour.
8. मैं पिछले दस मिनट से इंतजार कर रहा हूँ।- I have been waiting for the last ten minutes.
9. उसने दो घंटे से बिना रुके गाना गा रहा है।- He has been singing continuously for two hours.
10. वे पांच दिनों से यहाँ रुके हैं।- They have been staying here for five days.

2. Time must be mentioned in this time- इस समय में समय का उल्लेख अवश्य होना चाहिए-

Examples :

1. वे तीन घंटे से अपनी बाइक सुधार रहे हैं।- They have been repairing their bike for three hours.
2. उसने पिछले महीने से योग सीख रही है।- She has been learning yoga since last month.
3. मैंने पिछले हफ्ते से अपने दोस्तों को मिला नहीं।- I have not met my friends since last week.
4. वे पिछले साल से अपनी कहानी लिख रहे हैं।- They have been writing their story since last year.
5. वह एक घंटे से बिना रुके रेस्तरां की सफाई कर रही है।- She has been cleaning the restaurant continuously for an hour.
6. वे तीन घंटे से अपनी बाइक सुधार रहे हैं।- They have been repairing their bike for three hours.

3. For/Since some to mentioned time in this Tense – इस काल में कुछ समय के लिए/चूंकि उल्लेख किया गया है

1. मेरे पिताजी ने दस सालों से एक अच्छे कंपनी में काम किया है। -My father has been working in a good company for ten years.
2. उसने छः महीनों से अपनी फिटनेस बढ़ाने के लिए प्रयास किया है। -She has been trying to improve her fitness for six months.
3. वे तीन घंटों से अपने प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहे हैं।- They have been working on their project for three hours.
4. मैंने पिछले साल से अंग्रेजी सीख रहा हूँ। -I have been learning English since last year.
5. उसने पाँच सालों से उस संगीत शाला में संगीत का पाठ पढ़ाया है। -He has been teaching music lessons in that music school for five years.
6. मेरे पिताजी ने दस सालों से एक अच्छे कंपनी में काम किया है। -My father has been working in a good company for ten years.
7. उसने छः महीनों से अपनी फिटनेस बढ़ाने के लिए प्रयास किया है। -She has been trying to improve her fitness for six months.
8. वे तीन घंटों से अपने प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहे हैं। -They have been working on their project for three hours.
9. मैंने पिछले साल से अंग्रेजी सीख रहा हूँ। -I have been learning English since last year.
10. उसने पाँच सालों से उस संगीत शाला में संगीत का पाठ पढ़ाया है। -He has been teaching music lessons in that music school for five years.

4. V4 + Object be replaced in the tense by using Noun/Pronoun/Adjective/Adverb – V4 + वस्तु को संज्ञा/सर्वनाम/विशेषण/क्रिया विशेषण का उपयोग करके काल में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाना चाहिए

Examples :

1. उसने तीन घंटे से ध्यान से काम किया है। -He has been working attentively for three hours.
2. उसने दो घंटे से खुशी-खुशी इस विषय पर काम किया है। -She has been happily working on this topic for two hours.
3. वे पाँच घंटे से विशेष ध्यान से यह प्रस्तुति तैयार कर रहे हैं। -They have been preparing this presentation with special attention for five hours.
4. मैंने पिछले दो महीनों से अच्छी तरह से अंग्रेज़ी पढ़ी है। -I have been reading English well for the last two months.
5. वह एक घंटे से गर्मी से परेशान होकर विश्राम कर रही है। -She has been resting uncomfortably due to heat for an hour.
6. उसने तीन घंटे से ध्यान से काम किया है। -He has been working attentively for three hours.
7. उसने दो घंटे से खुशी-खुशी इस विषय पर काम किया है।- She has been happily working on this topic for two hours.
8. वे पाँच घंटे से विशेष ध्यान से यह प्रस्तुति तैयार कर रहे हैं।- They have been preparing this presentation with special attention for five hours.
9. मैंने पिछले दो महीनों से अच्छी तरह से अंग्रेज़ी पढ़ी है।- I have been reading English well for the last two months.
10. वह एक घंटे से गर्मी से परेशान होकर विश्राम कर रही है।- She has been resting uncomfortably due to heat for an hour.

• They have been waiting for the bus for two hours.- वे दो घंटे से बस का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।
• He has been working on his project all day.- उसने पूरे दिन अपनी परियोजना पर काम किया है।
• It has been raining heavily since yesterday.- कल से भारी बारिश हो रही है।
• We have been studying English grammar for a month.- हम एक महीने से अंग्रेज़ी व्याकरण पढ़ रहे हैं।
• The children have been playing outside all evening.- बच्चे शाम से बाहर खेल रहे हैं।
• Name has been learning Spanish for six months.- नाम छह महीनों से स्पेनिश सीख रहा है।
• You have been waiting patiently for your turn.- तुम अपनी बारी के लिए धीरे से इंतजार कर रहे हो।
• They have been living in this city since childhood.- वे बचपन से इस शहर में रह रहे हैं।
• It has been snowing heavily in the mountains.- पहाड़ों में भारी बर्फबारी हो रही है।

Negative Sentences:

वह वाक्य जो किसी चीज़ के अस्तित्व या घटना को इनकार करता है। जिससे ना का बोध हो यानी कोई कार्य करने से इंकार किया जा रहा हो|

Examples :

• She has not been feeling well for a week.- उसे एक हफ़्ते से ठीक महसूस नहीं हो रहा है।
• They haven’t been using the car lately.- उन्होंने हाल ही में कार का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया है।
• He hasn’t been paying attention in class.- उसने क्लास में ध्यान नहीं दिया है।
• It hasn’t been raining much this summer.- इस गर्मी में बहुत बारिश नहीं हुई है।
• We haven’t been watching TV much these days.- हम इन दिनों टीवी बहुत देखते नहीं हैं।
• Name hasn’t been studying as hard as before.- नाम पहले जितनी मेहनत से पढ़ नहीं रहा है।
• You haven’t been listening to my advice lately.- तुमने हाल ही में मेरी सलाह नहीं सुनी है।
• They haven’t been understanding the problem correctly.- उन्हें समस्या को सही से समझने में समस्या हो रही है।
• She hasn’t been going to the gym regularly.- उसने नियमित रूप से जिम नहीं जाया है।
• The plants haven’t been growing well in this soil.- इस मिट्टी में पौधे अच्छे से नहीं बढ़ रहे हैं।

Interrogative Sentences:

वह वाक्य जो सवाल पूछता है और उसमें प्रश्न चिह्न होता है।

• Have you been waiting for me long?- क्या तुम मेरा इंतजार बहुत देर से कर रहे हो?
• Has she been practicing piano every day?- क्या वह हर दिन पियानो का अभ्यास कर रही है?
• How long have they been living in this apartment?- वे इस फ्लैट में कितने दिनों से रह रहे हैं?
• Where have you been working lately?- तुम हाल ही में कहाँ काम कर रहे हो?
• Why hasn’t he been attending the meetings?- उसने मीटिंग में शामिल क्यों नहीं होता?
• Has it been raining heavily in your area?- क्या तुम्हारे इलाके में भारी बारिश हो रही है?

वह वाक्य जो सवाल पूछता है और उसमें प्रश्न चिह्न होता है।

वह वाक्य जो किसी बयान को व्यक्त करता है या किसी तथ्य को व्यक्त करता है।

• They have really been helping us a lot.- वे हमें सचमुच बहुत मदद कर रहे हैं।
• He has surely been practicing for the competition.- उसने निश्चित रूप से प्रतियोगिता के लिए अभ्यास किया है।
• It has certainly been snowing heavily.- यह निश्चित रूप से भारी बर्फबारी हो रही है।
• We have indeed been waiting for hours.- हम सचमुच घंटों से इंतजार कर रहे हैं।
• Name has really been excelling in academics.-नाम वाकई अकादमिक में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त कर रहा है।
• You have surely been practicing your guitar skills.-तुमने निश्चित रूप से अपने गिटार के कौशल का अभ्यास किया है।
• They have indeed been attending every class.-वे सचमुच हर क्लास में शामिल हो रहे हैं।

Exclamatory Sentences: –

वह वाक्य जो मजबूत भावना या उत्साह को व्यक्त करता है और एक विस्मयादिवाचक चिह्न से समाप्त होता है।

• They have been waiting patiently.- वे धीरज से इंतजार कर रहे हैं।-

• It has been snowing heavily!- बहुत जोर से बर्फबारी हो रही है!
  We have been studying tirelessly!- हम बिना थके पढ़ रहे हैं!
  Name has been excelling in every subject!- नाम हर विषय में उत्कृष्ट हो रहा है!
  You have been learning so quickly!- तुम इतनी तेज़ी से सीख रहे हो!
